Don't get me started this morning! I am wondering when our country is going to turn around and start practicing what it/we preach. We are becoming what we used to fear... a soviet block like country but with out the benefits.

I think Pugsley would do a better job at running this country. Pugsley and a magic 8 ball!

But what about hospital visitation rights??? Do they offer that??? Obama thinks hospital visitation is an admirable benefit.

I love how that is supposed to be a sign of American generosity and evolution - the permission to allow someone to sit next to their injured/dying/comatose partner while they are in a hospital bed.

How fucking kind of him.

but you won't even be allowed to do that if you leave california! if you get "married" in california, and dare to take a vacation in vegas and get gay bashed at the roulette table, forget it!

At least when I do get bashed, Rob will be able to sit at my bedside, clutching his rosary beads while I am read the last rites....

OK - that might have been a bit too dark. We haven't seen the sun in days...heavy wet fog...weighing on my brain...i need to spend some quality time with Gigi.

When the hell are you coming to San Francisco?? It's August already...

Maybe WE should have gone communist just long enough to wipe out our anachronistic religious sensibilites. It's too bad there's no place for a new mayflower to float to.
